The catered meals offered by caterer Molly Lewis Siegler are just what you may be looking for. This Pinehurst Inn amenity provides 4 Tiers to select from. The following are Sample Menus that provide an idea of what each Tier may offer. Molly will work with guests to design a menu that works within the parameters of seasonality and local sources.

Tier 1 Sample — A cozy one-pot meal with a simple dessert. $17/person
- Local fish bouillabaisse and warm nutmeg-scented madeleines.
Tier 2 Sample — A simple three-course meal (soup or salad, hearty main, and dessert). $28/person
- Creamy Celery Root Soup with hot pepper oil
- Local Fennel-Stuffed Pork Loin with Polenta and Roasted Squash
- Lemon Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Caramel Shortbread
Tier 3 Sample — A specialty four course meal starting with appetizers then soup or salad, entree, and a luscious dessert. $40/person
- Lemon and Rosemary Marinated Olives, Spiced Wild Girl Honey Cashews and Almonds, Gougères
- Parisian Café White Salad: Local Kohlrabi, Button Mushrooms, Celery Ribbons, Granny Smith Apples, Greek Yogurt Vinaigrette
- Alaskan Salmon en Papillote, Roasted Tomatoes and Local Leeks with Lemon, Mustardy French Lentils, Roasted Local Celery Root
- Dark Chocolate Mousse, Almond-Orange Tuiles
Tier 4 Sample — An elaborate dinner with five or more courses tailored to suit your needs. $49/person and up
- pickled local vegetables, shrimp paste toast, pimento cheese “cream puffs”, smoked whitefish and lake trout on melba toast
- local cream of celery soup, fried sage leaves
- pan-fried Lake Superior trout, local greens and fresh herb salad, caper vinaigrette
- dry-rubbed beef tenderloin, sautéed local kale, roasted baby turnips, sweet buttered lima beans
