Policies
The following policies have been put in place to ensure the best experience for our guests.
Reservation & Deposit Policy: To secure a reservation at Pinehurst Inn, a deposit is required. If staying 1 – 3 nights, a deposit for the first night is required (not including tax). If staying 4 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit can be paid in cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will result in full refund of deposit paid. Cancellations with 30 or fewer days notice will result in a Pinehurst Inn Gift Certificate to be applied at a later date. In addition, cancellations with 3 or fewer days notice will have a $10 handling fee deducted from the value of the gift certificate.
Apple Festival Deposit & Cancellation Policies (applies for Apple Festival Weekend only – first full weekend in October):
- We require room payment for both Friday & Saturday nights (not incl. tax) as deposit
- Apple Festival Weekend Cancellations:
- Cancellations with more than 30 days notice receive full refund
- Cancellations with 8-30 days notice receive Pinehurst Gift Certificate for 90% of deposit amount.
- Cancellations with 7 or fewer days notice receive Pinehurst Gift Certificate for 50% of deposit amount.
Room Rates: Posted room rates do not include a 5.5% sales tax and a 6.5% room tax and are subject to change. Rates are for one or two persons in a room. An additional $15 per person, per night may be charged for additional guests in the room. Not all rooms will accommodate additional guests. Pinehurst does offer seasonal room rates shown on the website.
Reservations: For reservations at Pinehurst Inn, please call the toll free number, 877-499-7651 or use the on-line reservation service. Deposit policy applies. Visa, Master-Card, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is included in the room rate. Optional “Lighter Fare” is available early or later or to the room with advance request.
Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking property. We ask that smokers refrain from smoking anywhere on the property.
Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome as guests anytime. Younger children are permitted only when the entire Inn is booked by their family group.
Pets: We are unable to accept pets at Pinehurst Inn. We strive to be sure the property provides a comfortable place for all, including those with allergies.
Check In: Check-in is encouraged between 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Later check-in can be arranged. Please inform innkeepers when making reservation or by phone ahead of arrival.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Later check-out can only be made available if housekeeping schedule allows for that day.
