Breakfast at the Pinehurst Inn is the opportunity to enjoy a hearty Wisconsin breakfast while sharing your tales of Bayfield and the Apostle Islands with fellow guests. Good food, great conversation, a combination that rounds out our guests’ B&B experience.
The innkeepers at Pinehurst Inn are dedicated to sourcing the best local and organic ingredients for the breakfasts whenever possible. Bayfield orchards and area farms provide wonderful opportunity to “buy local.” Fresh organic, free-range eggs are delivered weekly to our door. Coffee roasted right in Bayfield is freshly ground each morning. Fresh vegetables or herbs grown in the Pinehurst gardens often make their way into our breakfasts. The breakfast preparation is yet one more example of our sustainable approach to business.
Pinehurst Inn’s breakfasts are served in the Main House for all guests, serving from 8:00 – 9:30am. Early “lighter fare” breakfasts are offered for those leaving early for a day of kayaking or dog sledding. The coffee is brewing early, and set out for guest enjoyment in both the Main House and Garden House from 7:00am through breakfast.
